These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Skill Align’s website, applications, and services (collectively, “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use.
Our Services are available without requiring account registration or login. You may access and use the Services solely as a client. By doing so, you agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms.
You agree not to misuse, interfere with, or disrupt the Services, including attempting unauthorized access, distributing harmful content, or engaging in activities that could damage Skill Align, its affiliates, or other clients. Skill Align reserves the right to restrict or terminate access for misuse at its discretion.
All content, materials, branding, and intellectual property provided through the Services remain the sole property of Skill Align, unless explicitly assigned, licensed, or agreed otherwise in a written contract. For white-label services, ownership or usage rights of the delivered work are defined exclusively by the terms agreed upon in the contract. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of Skill Align’s intellectual property outside of contractual agreements is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
We may deploy cookies, analytics, and marketing tools (including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and similar technologies) to measure and improve the Services. These tools may collect anonymized or hashed identifiers, browsing activity, and device information. Skill Align generally does not access raw data collected by these tools; they are processed by third-party providers under their privacy policies. By using our Services, you consent to such tracking and processing.
Skill Align, its affiliates, employees, or representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or service interruptions, arising out of or related to your use of the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
All Services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. Skill Align ensures that the work we develop, produce, or edit meets the agreed specifications and standards, and we commit to your satisfaction regarding the quality of the delivered output. However, Skill Align does not warrant or guarantee any outcomes, market reactions, financial results, or external performance of the delivered Services. You acknowledge and accept that while we fulfill our commitments for development, editing, or production, we cannot control external factors affecting how the Services are utilized or received.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India. Parties may also pursue amicable dispute resolution or arbitration before litigation, at Skill Align’s discretion.
